Shipping policy
- Production time: Orders are typically printed and dispatched within 3–5 working days before they’re handed to the courier.
- UK delivery options (after dispatch):
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked: 1–3 working days
- Royal Mail 48 Tracked: 2–5 working days
- Courier: Next working day (after dispatch)
- International shipping: We ship worldwide using Royal Mail, USPS, DPD or DHL, depending on the destination and shipping method.
- Tracking: Tracking is available with tracked and courier services. Your tracking number is emailed when the order is dispatched.
- Lost parcels: We can’t replace UK orders until they’ve been missing for 10 working days after dispatch (28 working days for international orders). Missing parcels must be reported within 60 days of dispatch.
